For Decree 1043/2016, from January 02, 2017 will not receive 21% IVA from foreign passengers. This benefit applies only on the service of housing with or without included breakfast.
Conditions:
· Be a tourist NOT resident in the Argentine Republic.
· To present copy of the passport sealed with the revenue to the country. For bordering countries, foreign document and voucher of migrations.
· To pay with card of credit or debit NOT issued in the Argentine Republic, or international transfer of currencies.
· The demurrage must not overcome 90 days in the country.
It will have to do effective use of the booking. In case of NOT presentation or of cancellation out of term more 21% IVA will receive from himself the housing.
If to the moment to do the payment or to move back from the hotel does not expire with these requirements the corresponding surcharge will be realized.
