Cancellation policies are subject to the current fare type at the time of booking.

We will provide strict confidentiality and security measures for the information that you grant us and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, mainly with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 , especially with art. 25 and art. 9 of it, regarding security measures, and art. 10, related to the confidentiality of the data. This Privacy Policy is based on:  

-Personal data will not be used for purposes against the law or contrary to public morals. Your data will be used to establish a database that enables us to perform our business activity.

-We put great effort to ensure that Personal Data is true, adequate, relevant and not excessive.

-We collect data through legal and fair means, and in accordance with provisions laid down by law.

-Gathered information will be utilized for the purposes included in this policy

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize us to collect, process, store, share and / or manage your Personal Data provided to us, according to this Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. In case you do not want to provide us with Personal Data or you are against the use of it by Us in the terms established by this Privacy Policy, you must refrain from making reservations.

You have a right of access, rectification, update and deletion of Your Personal Data, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and regulatory standards.

You have the right at any time to request a copy of the personal information We hold on you. To request a copy of  your Personal Data, you must send a request  to the email address reservas-palermitano@dot-hotels.com. We reserve the right to charge You for this request.

To change your advertising preferences or unsubscribe, you must send a email to reservas-palermitano@dot-hotels.com. All promotional and marketing actions comply with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, art. 27 that says: "The owner may request at any time the deletion or removal of his/her name from the databases referred by  this article" and Decree 1558/01, art. 27, which says:  “In any promotional communication with you, by mail, telephone, email, Internet or any other means of communication, it may be expressly stated that the owners of the data have the possibility to request the deletion or removal of his/her name from the database in question. Upon written request, it should be informed the identity of the person responsible of the database that provided the information ”

This Privacy Policy is governed by the law of Argentina. Any dispute arising from, or related to the use of this Privacy Policy, will be subject to conciliation between the parties. Should such conciliation fail, the dispute will be referred to the courts of the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina).

This Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time in order to include improvements or any other change in Our business.
